I wonder if we’ll ever see community service announcements on search sites, recommending that information seekers should ask for expert assistance when their information needs are of serious import. Or will a search engine be sued because there were no warnings on the search page that the quality of the information found might be out of date, unauthorised, unauthoritative, incorrect, fictitious, or downright wrong.
