Or maybe you have something interesting happening in your library that you want to share? An event? Job vacancy? Or a great idea, or a cynical reaction to some of the things happening in libraries? Or maybe you’ve always wanted to blog and would like to try just one post to see what it’s like.

We always welcome contributions from anyone, anywhere - as long as they are relevant to the blog theme - ie. of interest to Australian library people. See the About page from more details. We approve posts before they are published, but won’t stop something being published here unless it is out right illegal, offensive or goes against the Librarian’s Code of Decency. How you want to appear in a forum like this is your choice, not ours.

Basically, you just select “Register” from the sidebar and then follow the prompts until you get to the dashboard and can write a post. Change Post Status to “private” until you are ready for it to be published, when you change it to “draft”.
