Applications have opened for next year’s Aurora Leadership Institute. This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership potential. It is not a ‘management’ course. Last year, we wrote about the Aurora Institute and elicited a number of comments from past Aurorans. Since then two more of the LINT writers have participated in the week-long, Thredbo event.

I attended in 2007 after hearing great things about it for years, and it was exactly what I needed. It is one of those experiences you need to keep yourself from reading too much about - just go and enjoy it.
