Digital Britain – Interim Report has been broken up into chapters and published in a blog format for people to comment on each section. Tony Hirst and Josh Winn then wrote a letter to Lord Carter and the report team inviting them to consider the comments added to the blog.

Was anyone surprised about that?

There are some great comments, but so many of them to wade through.
