Don't let comments like these put you off, I didn't learn anything particularly new about myself but what I did find the best thing about Aurora was the chance to meet and chat with the mentors who are leaders in the library profession. This was a unique opportunity to discuss your own directions in libraries, seek help or ideas and learn about the paths others had taken to reach where they were today. I would definitely recommend the experience to others.
