		<description>Interesting interview Peter. I agree, why would senior management have a monopoly on resistance to change. Anyone really struggling to keep up with day to day tasks is likely to resist change to some extent regardless of their attitude and willingness to adopt new things. Having a realistic approach to change management could make all the difference.
