An exciting new venture, which, as the comments to this post suggest, should unearth the Web 2.0 library junkies in Victoria pretty quickly. [...]

As a public library blogger, I'd like to see others who are playing with blogs and doing other funky things online with their library sites come along to share and inspire.

I've already registered.

Paris, Fiona - pretty spiffing!
It will be interesting to see who emerges to share expertise at this - those of us who are out there doing Library 2.0 are welcome to assist with developing the uncon, so I would recommend that people find out more by looking at the blog and joining in the conversation early on, especially if there is something they think they could assist with.

[...] I really wish I could go to this: Library 2.0 Unconference in Melbourne [via LibrariesInteract], March 2 2007: You would have come across the idea of Library 2.0 / Web 2.0 and perhaps you are interested to know more about it and how it might be applied to your library service. Now is your chance to not just find out about Library 2.0 but to experience it! [...]

I would SO love to go to this - I am intrigued by the unconference concept and have been waiting for someone to do it here.

But looks like I'll be out of the country so I can't go :(
