		<description>What amazes me is the age breakdown. I knew that at 38 I was relatively young in my library, but I didn&#039;t think the lack of  young librarians was so severe.

I wonder who will be looking after libraries in the future, because it looks like there won&#039;t be enough librarians to go around:
